• Printing unnecessary faxes – which waste paper & ink – will become a thing of the past
• It prevents important faxes getting lost and provides you with a permanent record of all the faxes sent to you
• The quality is much higher, which means that the faxes are easier to read
• Everybody in your office can have their own personal 0845 fax number, going to their own e-mail address
• We can have Breeze fax-to-email up and running with 24 hours

• Just £50pa for the first service taken
• £20pa for all subsequent services taken

email2fax - The Way it Works…

• We register your email address on our email2fax system
• You can then send faxes from anywhere in the world, just like you send an email
• We can register your email address on the system in less than 48 hours
• We can register your email domain, so that everyone who uses that domain can send faxes. This is great for larger organisations. (Please note: different prices apply).
• This service is quick, easy & hassle free to use
• Simple instructions are provided upon registration

What will  Breeze email2fax cost me?

• Just £50pa for the first service taken
• £20pa for all subsequent services taken
• Plus: 5p/minute to a UK landline with a minimum charge of £10/month (this includes 200 free minutes/month). You still save money as BT line rental is £165pa

Breeze email2fax supports most document formats including:
MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat PDF, Plain Text, RTF, TIFF (Groups 3and 4), Adobe Postscript (Apple Laser Writer Plus), HTML, ASCII Files, PCL5, VSD, BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, PCX, DCX, and compressed documents / attachments (Win Zip).
