iConference Instructions
There are TWO ways to access an iConference room
iC Broadcast: Click on enter room button.
NO software download necessary -
perfect for guests attending a presentation to listen and view with
text chat only functions. Suitable for any operating system and
computer with broadband/high speed connection. NOT
suitable for slow dial-up connections. Your PC must have
the latest version of Java
installed. If needed download Java

iConference Software: (Requires 5mb download)
Preferred method of access - gives users full
functionality (including microphone and webcams etc).
Suitable for all internet connection speeds. Follow
the instructions below to download and install the software.
iConference Software Download/Install Instructions
1) Download the iConference software >>
You only need to do this once!
2) Click on RUN when prompted.
Then follow the software installation prompts.
If you are using an Internet security system/firewall you MUST allow the
software to access the internet when prompted!
3) This iConference shortcut icon will appear on your desktop.
4) You MUST 'Activate' the software by clicking on the shortcut BEFORE clicking on any "Enter Room" button.
5) This icon will then appear in your computer system tray.
If installed
correctly when you mouse over it will say "Online-Direct"
6)
Click on the "Enter Room" button you require.
7) Enter the password you were given (if any) into the password box when prompted.
iConference Rooms
First time users PLEASE read the instructions before clicking on Enter Room. Then Enter Room Key / Password you were given when prompted
